Visit by Mercator Fellow Vera Gorbunova

We are pleased to host Prof. Vera Gorbunova from the University of Rochester for a two-day research visit to Cologne on October 16–17. Prof. Gorbunova is renowned for her groundbreaking work on aging, genome stability, and the biology of long-lived species. Her visit offers a valuable opportunity for scientific exchange and interdisciplinary dialogue.

During her stay, Prof. Gorbunova will contribute to our seminar series and engage with members of the research community. We look forward to inspiring conversations and new collaborative perspectives.
